Investing in a diverse asset mixture. We look to invest in mutlifamily rehabilitation & development, industrial repositioning, debt structures and seniors housing.

Geography

We target top growth markets in the sunbelt and 'smile' States in the U.S and Southwestern Ontario in Canada.


Our goal is to avoid over exposure of markets and market type. 

Business Meeting

Equity

We vary our equity positions in all projects as to mitigate our exposure. We analyze capital deployed per market and ensure we are not over exposed. Our equity positions vary in the form of JV, Co-GP and LP Capital.

Our target is to work with best in class operators and sponsor groups who are knowledgeable, experienced and transparent.

Vintage

While older vintage buildings tend to have high upside upon rehabilitation, we look for age ranges from 30 year old buildings to 5 years old.

Renovating a House

Cap Ex. 

We look to stagger our investments in both capital intensive projects and stabilized cash flowing core assets.
